We currently offer shipping services across all serviceable pin codes within India.

 

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
  • We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation.
  • Orders placed after [e.g., 2:00 PM IST] will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (within Metro Cities and Major Towns): 3-7 business days
  • Standard Shipping (Rest of India/Remote Areas): 5-10 business days

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Mumbai and your delivery location.

 

4. Shipping Charges

  • For Orders below [₹999 – Example]: A flat shipping fee of [₹70 – Example] will be applied to your order.
  • For Orders [₹999 – Example] and above: We offer FREE Standard Shipping within India.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

 

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for eligible orders up to a maximum value of [₹5,000 – Example].

7. Delivery Issues & Redelivery

  • Incorrect Address: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability, or if the customer refuses to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, we may deduct shipping and handling charges from any refund issued or require re-shipping charges for a second attempt.
  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at contact@goldenneck.com or 9820449530 within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or receipt of damaged goods. We will investigate the issue with our courier partner and work towards a satisfactory resolution (replacement, refund, or store credit).
